No. We work with clients throughout Australia via video calls, email, and phone. Most consultations happen remotely, which saves you travel time and lets us work around your schedule.
Initial consultations are typically scheduled within 3-5 business days of your first contact. Urgent cases can sometimes be accommodated sooner.

For services over $400, we can arrange split payments. Half due at consultation booking, remainder due before final submission. Contact us to discuss options.
No one can guarantee approval because final decisions rest with Services Australia or NDIA. We ensure your application is complete, accurate, and presents the strongest possible case based on your circumstances.
If you used our service and receive a rejection within 90 days, we provide appeal guidance at no extra charge. We review the decision and advise whether an appeal is worthwhile.
